  • Personal 1 to 1 training

    Personal training is the core of what I do. Train with me in person at my home studio in the Hampshire countryside near Petersfield.

    Your first free hour allows me to get to know you, identify and set your health and fitness goals, as well as understand your current fitness level. I will then develop a comprehensive training plan that is tailored specifically for you to enable you to achieve your goals.

  • Virtual 1 to 1 training

    If you can’t get to my home studio, then we can still train virtually via Zoom. The same service, the same specialist 1 to 1 training as you would get in person, the same comprehensive training plan.

    But available to you wherever you are in the world!

    I am a certified Nutrition Coach. Need help understanding your nutrition and your relationship with food? I can support you through the behaviour change needed to adjust your dietary habits in order to support your goals.
