Why virtual personal training?
Personally, I find it just as effective as face to face. I have delivered hundreds of zoom 1-2-1 training sessions over lockdown and It has enabled me to perfect what you can achieve from your home training. Not to mention the time it saves you heading to the gym and back.
Clients love the convenience and are always surprised at the level of intensity created. I encourage the use of Kettlebells because of their vercatility and potential to create amazing functional strength, alongside intense bodyweight workouts.
