Personal training is the core of what I do. Train with me in person at Holmewood gardens or at your home.

Your first free 1 hr consultation allows me to get to know you, identify and set your health and fitness goals, as well as understand your current fitness level.

Virtual 1 to 1 training

If you can’t get to my home studio, then we can still train virtually via Zoom. The same great service, the same specialist 1 to 1 training as you would get in person, the same comprehensive training plan.

Brixton Kettle bell workouts

I run Kettlebell 1-2-1 training in Holmewood gardens. It is amazing what can be done with a simple kettlebell. The vercitility of the bell allows for a perfect combination of functional strength and cardio. It produces the greatest results that ive seen of all types of resistance training.
